If mosquitos land on a sprayed surface they will die but fly treatment is not a mosquito treatment. Mosquito treatments involve regular monthly treatments of mosquito breeding grounds outside and this is just not cost-effective for most homeowners. Some good home maintenance can help with reducing mosquito numbers in your environment. Mosquitos lay their larvae in still water so keep your gutters clear of debris as water gathers here. Tip out the water in any vessels outside that collect water. Keep water features running and there are products you can get for ponds that stop mosquitoes laying larvae on the water's surface. Mosquito traps & citronella candles and rings are also useful when sitting outside.
